Welcome to the 28th Puma Challenge
(Formerly The Coca-Cola Clearwater Classic)
THANKS to all the teams that participated in the 2006 PUMA Challenge, at the Sarasota Polo Grounds. We look forward to you joining us next Thanksgiving, and at our inaugural PUMA CUP at Labor Day. Look for information and registration info soon.
The 28th Puma Challenge is hosted by the Clearwater Chargers Soccer Club and the Sarasota Polo Club.
It is presented by PUMA and SCI Companies.
Teams:
U9-U18/19 Boys and Girls Competitive Divisions, High School Division Boys and Girls.
Awards:
- Puma Challenge Champions in each age group will earn an automatic slot in the 2007 PUMA CUP, coming Labor Day weekend, 2007
- Team Champion and Finalist Trophy
- Medals for each player, Champions and Finalist
- Puma Championship T-Shirts for each player
- Champion Coaches Award
Fields:
All games will be played on the pristine turf of the Sarasota Polo Club located in Sarasota, Florida, just off Interstate 75(for directions, see Fields tab)
Registration:
Registration is being done only on-line on this web site. See Registration tab above. Deadline for registration is October 25th, 2006.
Mandatory Team Check-In and Coach’s Meeting:
Will be held at the Clubhouse at the Sarasota Polo Club on Thursday November 23rd from 6-8 PM, with Coach’s Meeting at 8PM.
Required at Team Check-In:
Checklist & Local Contact Information Form
Official State Verified Roster- Original plus 3 copies
Player and Coaches Passes- Signed, picture, laminated
Guest Player Approvals- If guest player form state other than where team is
Notarized Medical Release Forms- for each player
Travel Papers -if team is a non-Florida team
Final Schedule- hard copy provide to team
